2. In short
This website shows my work and how to contact me. There is no contact form, no sign-up, no analytics or advertising services and no cookies.
3. Hosting and server log files
The website runs on a server of Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, in Germany. Hetzner processes the data only on my behalf (data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR).
When a page is requested, the web server automatically stores technical information: IP address, date and time, the requested page, the referring page, and browser and operating system. This serves the secure and stable operation of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Log files are deleted automatically after 14 days.
4. Language setting
The website language you choose is kept in your browser’s local storage (“lang”) so it stays the same on your next visit. It is not sent to me and you can delete it at any time in your browser settings. This storage is necessary for the function you requested (Section 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG).
5. Fonts and images
Fonts and images are loaded from my own server. There is no connection to Google or other providers.
6. Links to Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and WhatsApp
These services are only linked, not embedded: visiting the website sends them no data. Only when you click a link do you leave this website; the privacy notice of that provider then applies.
7. Contact by email, phone or WhatsApp
If you write to me or call me, I use your details only to answer your request (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR) and do not pass them on.
8. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure and restriction of processing of your data, and to object to the processing (Art. 15–18, 21 GDPR). An informal message to the email address above is enough.
You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, for example the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
9. Changes
If the website changes, I update this policy. The version published here applies.
